Pre-purchase and Pre-lease Building Inspection

Pre-purchase and pre-lease inspections can significantly reduce risk in the purchase or lease of a commercial building where there will be little or no recourse for the buyer or lessee.

Building Inspections are one of TiCon’s services to it’s customers. You can choose to have TiCon manage all the inspection efforts that your purchase requires - or just part. The basic inspection is performed by Sam Burkhouse, who has 30 years of commercial construction experience, and includes a Cost to Cure report which identifies the dollar value of remedying defects exposed in the inspection.

Basic Inspection. The Basic Inspection protocol is intended to document those defects which are likely to be significant liabilities for the buyer. It is not intended to record small defects common to buildings of the age and type as that being inspected. Photos are included.
