8,000 square foot un-reinforced single story masonry building converted into a continuing education facility for San Jose State University Foundation. Work included extensive seimic reinforcement and exterior modification. High quality institutional finishes through out.

35,000 square foot R&D Facility in Mountain View. Work included demolition of the interior, new exterior "stack wall" glass entry and high end finishes through. Entire building was remodeled while tenant occupied it.

Work included field assistance to the Architect in an effort to comply with fire resistive features in an E occupancy. PMC – Sierra, Tenant

Fast track office remodel of 12,500 square foot class A office space at 900 W. Hamilton Ave. in Campbell. Included new computer room and computer lab as well as office construction. Modification of elevator lobby entailed liaison between Central Fire district and Architect. High rise mandatory fire detection/alarm systems included.

Remodeled 2 - story wood framed office building to become the new center for Newark’s congregation. Work included substantial structural and seismic retrofit of this 25,000 s.f. building as well as converting it from a B occupancy (prior use) to a mixed A.2.1 and A3 occupancy. Constructed sanctuary, new offices and classrooms. Construction of new and remodel of existing restrooms to meet Title 24 handicapped compliance.
