Common TI Costs

Thank you Grubb and Ellis for the opportunity to present TICON to your brokers earlier this month. In preparing for the presentation I had to update some prices for common Tenant Improvement Items. The result is that I am able to re-issue email bulletin # 1 with more current costs and some added features.
