Commercial Concrete Construction

Pricing Guidelines

Pricing is always to be considered as approximate since there is no way to account for specific job site conditions, design specifications or market forces at the time of bid. A general Contractor's fee and general conditions are not included in these costs.

This newsletter addresses current pricing of concete construction, in a "Rule of Thumb" context, where installed in a commercial venue. These costs are more or less limited to common site improvements. The trade contributor, RE Concrete Construction, cautions that one can anticipate a minimum charge of $2,500.00 for a crew to come out to a site
