- 10 years experience in the construction industry that includes project management, , purchasing, and accounting management.
- Responsibilities include project and business accounting and office administration.
Ken Cook — Senior Superintendent
- 30 years in the construction industry
- Journeyman (local 316) carpenter
- Responsibilities: Supervision of TiCon field personnel, on and offsite subcontractor management, contracts buyout, scheduling. Supervision of other TiCon superintendents as the need arises.
Dan Giammona — Estimator – Project Manager
- 24 years in the construction industry, 5 years with TiCon
- Estimating - Preliminary estimates, estimates from completed contract documents.
